[Photos] South Korea's Top 10 Spiciest Dishes

From a sprinkle of freshly sliced chilis to a dash of flaming hot sauce, many cuisines around the world share a penchant for spicy food.

Though fiery dishes may not be the first thing that comes to mind when you think of South Korea – boybands, K-dramas or fan death might come first – there are plenty of Korean dishes that pack a punch.

Chilis feature prominently in several South Korean delights. Foodie website Mango Plate, a site devoted to appreciating all things culinary in South Korea, posted to its Facebook page a list of the 10 spiciest dishes from the land that brought us kimchi. Take a look below:
