Good news for everyone with a love of 1980s British indie music: Morrissey is coming to town.
According to Morrissey Solo, the former frontman of The Smiths is currently finalizing negotiations for an April show in the southern hub. Morrissey will also play other dates in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Jakarta.
Though there is no information yet on venues, dates or other specifics, we're keeping our eyes peeled for more details. Now if only Johnny Marr would come through Saigon on the same night and join the stage, ending a decades-long rift between the two former bandmates, we'd be in heaven.
