Tableside Mixology at Martini Bar HCMC

The Martini Bar is a hidden jewel for those of us who, every now and then, like to spend time with friends and colleagues in an classy joint while enjoying a well prepared cocktail, spirit or glass of good wine.

Located on the third floor of Caravelle Hotel, the Martini Bar is one of those great places that’s right in front of you but often goes unnoticed.

More like a public club, and with a lot of history behind, the Martini Bar is an ideal spot for people to get together after work to have a drink, chit chat and relax.

Open from 4pm till late, you can enjoy classic jazz music playing on the background while enjoying your drink. From 7pm, you can enjoy live music from a talented pianist and a singer.

On arrival, expect some complimentary snacks to be served, a nice welcoming touch. The Martini bar offers some of the best cocktails in town, always using prime international spirits and fresh local juices; you will surely enjoy seeing the mixologist preparing them right in front of you at your table. Each cocktail is crafted to perfection, ensuring that you will have a great experience.

If you want something more sophisticated than the classic dry martini, try two of my favourites: the Vanitini brings a great taste of vodka which is cushioned by fresh lemons and a touch of vanilla. The lychee martini is also spot on, just the right amount of sweetness to balance the alcohol and fruit.

Decorated with pictures of old Saigon, history still lives on in this modern, while classic, lounge.

You may also wish to take advantage of the happy hour – every day from 6pm to 9pm, buy one drink, get one free.

Martini Bar. 3rd Floor, Caravelle Hotel. 19 Lam Son Square, District 1. HCMC. T: 08 3823 4999
