BackEvents Near Me » Concert: Lieder Der Romantik @ Liên Hiệp Các Hội Văn Học Nghệ Thuật Tp.hcm

Poetry and music always have a tight connection that both create rhyme from the letters and symbols on paper. Thanks to that similarity, from ancient to modern times, many poems had been set to music and become melodious melodies.

With the idea of creating a concert where music and poetry together resonate and blend, Saigon Classical is honoured to introduce LIEDER DER ROMANTIK (Romantic Lieder) Concert this July. The program gathers most of the masterpieces of famous composers such as Schubert, Brahms, Faure, Debussy, Rachmaninov, Wolf... along with Mendelssohn's songs without words and Lizst's creation inspired by poetry, etc. to lead you to a space where the thin line between music and poetry is blurred to leave the eternal masterpieces.
