Bảy Tám Năm is an exhibition by artist Bùi Chát at CON ART Gallery (04/02 – 28/02/2026), opening the Gallery’s 2026 program. The project places painting within a “time limit”: using a special solvent mixed into the pigments, the works are programmed to gradually fade and, after seven to eight years, return to a blank white canvas. Between beauty and disappearance, the exhibition invites viewers to stay with the moment—like a test of courage, where value lies not in keeping something forever, but in how we see and remember.
