[Video] Anthony Bourdain Returns To Vietnam To Film “Parts Unknown” Episode

Celebrity chef and Vietnam enthusiast, Anthony Bourdain recently traveled to Huế to film an episode for his Emmy-winning CNN TV series, “Parts Unknown.”

In this episode of “Parts Unknown” which aired on October 19, Bourdain spent much his time, taking in the sights and sounds of Đông Ba Market, the Vịnh Mốc tunnels, Duyên Anh restaurant, and the Royal Citadel while chowing down on dishes like cơm hến, bún bò Huế and a special bird's nest soup.
