It empowers the individual to cope with changing environments, detect un-imagined opportunities in crisis, multiply learning and creative capabilities and thereby develop greater self esteem and self control. 
The course emphasizes the personal and inter-personal aspects of life and leadership. It provides a framework for
rethinking your leadership style, re-focusing your life and career, and developing of a personal action plans for personal
improvement. It gives participants an opportunity to deepen their understanding of how to become a better leader through
improved self understanding

Aims
* Learn how to become a better leader by improving your understanding of others and of yourself
* Clarify your focus in life, your purpose and values, and become 'internally consistent';
* Take more responsibility for your own life and 
to stop blaming others or circumstances;
* Develop a clear focus for the next stage in your 
life and career;
* Expand thinking abilities by improving the 
master skills of observation and analysis, focus, 
decision making, and creative/positive problem 
solving;
* Provide insights in values-based strategies to 
deal with complex situations; 
* Acquire self management skills: how to better manage your 'state of mind', attitude and emotions, and develop the will power necessary to bring about the changes you need in behaviour and habits;
* Improve the overall quality of your life and relationships.

In this current format, the process moves away from the corporate focus to address the questions of inner leadership, grounded spirituality, inside out, integral growth and change: being a more effective, purposeful, useful and contented individual. 
Participants are guided through a process of self-exploration blending authentic spiritual insights with a systematic sequence of reflective exercises and supportive, non-confrontational, group work. 
The workshop unfolds in a rich and safe environment conducive to exploration, dialogue and sharing.
