HPF: The Ethics of Teaching English @ Hanoi Philosophy Forum

From the organizer:  On Wednesday 11 July from 19:30-22:00, The Hanoi Philosophy Forumwill be hosting a public presentation and guided discussions on The Ethics of Teaching English. 

 Topics will include:
- How has Vietnam benefitted from English teachers? How has it suffered? 
- Is English education helping Vietnam grow intellectually, or leading to a brain drain? 
- How can English teachers' salaries be justified? 
- What responsibilitis do foreigners have when living in Vietnam? 

A 50-150k suggested donation will be collected at the door to support the Hanoi Philosophy Forum. 

After the lectures and discussions, we will meet at Bar Betta for drinks at 34 Cao Bá Quát!
