Mindful Mornings @ Nsquare

From the organizer: What are Mindful Mornings? The inspiring morning begins with Aqua Yoga from 8-9AM located downstairs at Nsquare.

Followed by a complimentary smoothie and time to dry off before the mindful workshop. Aqua Yoga is not required but encouraged to attend. The Mindful Morning sessions combine a gentle mindful yoga stretch, a guided meditation and a workshop on mindful exercises. Mindful exercises have been a great success altering holistic influence on everyday living. To be mindful has scientifically proven to help people control emotions, reduce stress, think more clearly and in general become fully aware of their thoughts and actions. Examples of workshops in the past have been mindful writing/journaling, mindful eating, mindful speaking & listening, mindful musical practices with instruments, mindful movement through walk, dance & play, mindful touch. Mindful Mornings have been a special experience for me as a teacher and as a student. I continuously learn from others during each workshop and recognize how slowing everything down supports me within countless areas in my life. I am more calm, clearly aware, less anxious, make better decisions and build inspiring relationships due to my mindful practice. I appreciate the little moments and feel genuinely fulfilled after every mindful activity reminding me to incorporate the same mentality in everyday life. I have been practicing mindfulness and guiding these workshops for almost 2 years. It never gets old and it is always a new experience with new people to meet.

We will be meeting every Wednesday morning from 8/9:00-10:30AM at NSquare beginning August 15th!!
