Through this workshop, you will be invited to an individual reflection about your own personal values, in order to define those who are the most important to you - and then be able to use them as an inner compass when you need to make important decisions.

Last but not least, you will be invited to come up with concrete actions that you could do to live more aligned with each of your values.
