Rising once again from the south, Saigon Soul Revival are back with a new sound -Boasting a fresh line up and their debut album, "Họa Âm Xưa", the band is fully charged and hitting the road on an epic release tour!

Saigon Soul Revival has been bringing the vibrant sounds of pre-1975 music from the former southern capital back to the stage with electrifying shows since 2016 . Now with the release of their new album, "Họa Âm Xưa" (Saigon Supersound / INFRACom!), they are forging a new sound that resonates in the modern streets of Ho Chi Minh City with echoes of Saigon's timeless soul.

With support from British Council´s FAMLAB Fund, the band has produced an outstanding album of contemporary Vietnamese music with influences from western pop music of the time. Featuring special guests such as pre-'75 Vietnamese superstar Mai Lệ Huyền, Saigonese rapper Blacka and Vietnamese traditional multi-instrumentalist Thị Hải Phượng, the album includes original compositions as well as unique reinterpretations of old classics and rare gems.
