Blue Friday: Pug

Pug is taking centre stage for the show. Pug hails from Geelong, Australia and cut his teeth as a vocalist and guitarist in punk and metal bands. Behind this rough exterior lurked the heart of a poet. As he grew older, the outwards harshness and brutality of these styles took a back seat to self expression and folk.

Lak is from Newcastle, Australia. Growing up in a sun soaked land by the ocean, he draws influence from surf rock and indie rock. He’s a classically trained pianist who has taken to the guitar and vocals. He plays a mix of covers and originals with punchy strumming and smooth vocals.
