From the organizer: Who has the best curry in Saigon? The gauntlet has been thrown! Prepare your tastebuds!
Get on down to Saigon Outcast Saturday June 10th to taste the international styles that the chefs and best home cooks of Saigon are preparing. There will be beer. There will be music. There will be high-stakes drama. Hosted by the Dean of Saigon Beer School.
Watch the home cooks try to topple the kings and queens of curry! Restraunters battle rogues. Tradition comes head to head with innovation. Spices will fly! Tears will be shed. If you can't take the heat stay out of the kitchen!
ENTRY: 100k and includes a free beer and a chance to taste the best curries in the city. 3 free samples and 20k per serving afterwards. Proceeds of this event will be donated to the Green Bamboo Warm Shelter. That's less than $4.50 to help a really great cause.
