Giang Huong - The Musical was composed in the reality that there are few musical plays in Vietnam that follow the standard of Broadway.

The Musical depicts an enchanting fairy tale of Giang Huong and Tu Thuc. She is a fairy but refuses to live a dull life and choose to follow her true love. Smartly directed by Tran Nguyen Thien Huong – CEO of Sunflower Media, Giang Huong is a romance but also a historical epic describing love and nostalgia breathing new life into the famous 16th fable of Tu Thuc.
As the play piles discovery upon discovery, the happiest surprise is how consistently good the musical turns out to be. Old scenes of Vietnam, old village gates, green bamboo groves, fine craftsmanship will satisfy music-theater fans.
All the songs, dances and storylines are presented in a modern way but linked with the traditional Vietnam’s tastes, values and culture.
