From the organizer: The Fourth of July is all about grilling, fireworks, and drinking cold, delicious beer outside with good friends.

If you’re feeling nostalgic for Lady Liberty, or if you just appreciate well-made mac and cheese, come by the Pasteur Street Hem this Tuesday to celebrate America’s Independence Day in style. Wear your best red, white, and blue (gotta be wearing all 3!), jorts or American gear for a free taster of your favorite PSBC brew. We’re gonna fire up the grill on the roof from 5 pm, serving chicken/veggie skewers, potato salad, corn on the cob, mac and cheese. As always, our full menu will be available until 10 pm.
