Delight in some of the finest dishes from the Spain, starting with with tapas, of course! Enjoy Ensalada de Mariscos (Seafood Salad), Banderillas, Gazpacho Andaluz, Spicy Sausage Tortilla, and our Pinchos board. The wide range of appetisers include cold cuts, seafood with lemon saffron aioli, that will leave you spoilt for choice!

The tasty mains will feature dishes such as Paella Valenciana, Albondigas – Spanish style meatballs, Garlic Roasted Sirloin, Salt-baked Snapper, and Catalana chicken. The grill and action stations will create sumptuous dishes cooked just to your liking, such as Nha Trang Lobster, Calamari Rellenos, Scampi, Seabass and Prawns with Pimento sauce, and grilled Chirizo sausages.

Leave space for dessert! There will be Crème Catalan, Churros, Leche Frita, Spanish pudding with strawberries and black pepper, orange caramel flan, a chocolate fountain, and delicious Spanish cheeses – Manchego and Roncal.
