From the organizer: Saigon International Guitar Festival 2016 is created by Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory.

The only international classical guitar festival in Vietnam, featuring internationally acclaimed guitarists and educators. This third edition is hoped to be a smooth start for an annual tradition and contribute to the development of the art of classical guitar in Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory.
