Tucked away above the twinklinglights of Lam Son Square, Reflections presents twosensational menus for the holidays. Accompanied by thesoothing strains of a live jazz band and flutes of finechampagne, these decadent meals are perfect for an intimatefeast with friends and family.
On Christmas Eve, Executive Chef Darren Watson willpresent a four-course menu starting with foie gras and sousvide lobster and ending with rich German stollen and warmmince pies. Your choice of classic roast turkey with trufflesand confit turkey leg or roast fillet of Turbot with forestieregarnish is followed by dark chocolate orange crème with akick of cognac ice cream.
The whole family is invited to join the fun this year, as Reflections serves a Children’s Set Dinner to delight youngsters with mini-menus, Christmas cookies, chocolate sundae and more.
