This is an energizing and revitalizing 60-minute yoga session in honor of the life-sustaining presence the sun. Suitable for absolute beginners or those more advanced.

Through a yoga flow designed around the Sun Salutations, Sarah will guide you through a sequence to help draw physical awareness, strength, revitalization and relaxation to the body and help clear the mind.
