From the organizer: This is a summer holiday program for teenagers (8 - 12 years old)

Focusing on digital photography, students will start by learning about different camera modes, composition, and lighting. From there, they’ll then move quickly into practicing their new skills. Livia will take them on field trips to interesting areas in D2 where they will complete a variety of photography assignments, including landscapes and portraits.

Session 1 – Theory – July 2nd
Understanding your camera, resolution, exposure, camera modes, depth of field, and more. Get familiar with all the buttons and dials on your camera.

Session 2 – Practice – July 3rd
Putting into practice the theory learned in the first session.

Session 3 – Theory – July 4th
Composition, lighting and photography techniques. 

Session 4 – Practice – July 5th
We will meet at an outdoor location in D2 to put your new skills in practice!

Session 5 – Conclusion – July 6th
Reviewing, analyzing, and organizing your images.
