Join us for a 7am session to get up & flow with fellow Hiver Stretch Goals Yoga, who will take you through a Yin-Yang flow. 

Designed to get you focused and ready for your day, the Yang part of the session is a dynamic constantly moving flow intended to energise you, while the Yin part is to ground and centre you, giving you a nice relaxing stretch. 

Location: The Hive Saigon, inside The Little Thảo Điền.
