The romantic dinner starts with lobster, rhubarb nage, colors of zucchini, foie gras poêlé, daikon confit, mint and radish petals. The first main dish is steamed sole with beurre blanc, caviar and asparagus, followed by lamb ‘two ways’ (rack and saddle) with artichoke, lemon confit and lamb jus. Finish your meal with a deliciousalmond sablé dessert with pistachio mousseline, raspberry and strawberry ice cream. Our Valentine’s dinner is served from 6:00 PM onwards on February 14. If you prefer local cuisine, Square One is happy to offer a Vietnamese à la carte menu for your dinner.
