At this Celebrity Chef Lunch, you will experience an exquisite 4-course lunch designed and created by One Michelin Star Chef Jun Lee. You can also watch Jun Lee and his team from Seoul showcase their skills at the open kitchen of Square One restaurant. This lunch comes with Château Le Pay wine pairing for your full enjoyment.

Chef Lee then returned to Seoul and operated a series of pop-up restaurants. He opened his own restaurant SOIGNÉ in 2015, which holds one Michelin star since 2016. Chef Jun Lee’s cooking style also reflects his vast international experiences by infusing French, Italian, and American technique and flavour into the structure of Korean cuisine.
