From the organizer: Two times two equals four. Starting the film screening activities of 'March: Art Walk' project with two young filmmakers - Huynh Cong Nho and Le Bao, in our second screening, we are pleased to introduce four other independent filmmakers: Đỗ Văn Hoàng, Tạ Minh Đức, Trương Minh Quý và Trương Quế Chi. Also, in this second screening, the audience will have a chance to meet and enjoy video works by filmmakers not only from Saigon, but also from Hanoi.

Getting together in this event, four young directors will present their short films, and have a friendly talk after the screening. In their works, the human being adrift in the disintegration of family, of love, between illusion and the reality. Mixing the narrative and documentary elements, “Film n.1” of Ta Minh Duc and “Black sun” of Truong Que Chi portray the urban youth with apprehension and compassion. “A Silent Shout” of Do Van Hoang and “Deja vu” of Truong Minh Quy bring the spectators to a strange landscape which reveals the disconnection of all kind of relationships. All the short films were selected in several international film festivals in France, Germany, Italy, Taiwan, India. Among them, there is Oberhausen, one of the oldest short film festivals in the world, where “Black sun” of Truong Que Chi got a Special mention last year and Truong Minh Quy will go participate this edition.
