Sheraton Saigon's New Menu Concept PAIRED @ Sheraton Saigon Hotel

 SHERATON SAIGON HOTEL & TOWERS introduces new menu concept "PAIRED". Led by Mr Jakob Angerer, Executive Chef Of The Hotel, the Paired Menu is set to offer guests a gastronomic adventure.

The new menu uniquely pairs small plates and bar snacks with an unexpected recommendation from Sheraton Selects—a menu of premium wines rated 85 points or higher by Wine Spectator—and a craft beer, sourced specifically from choice local brewers. Wine selections are available in a 2 oz. taste, a 6 oz. glass, or by the bottle. Sheraton hotel associates will better understand the best-in-class vintages featured on the Sheraton Selects menu as they complete Treasury Wine Estates’ Wine Training & Education modules.

The Paired program, offered across Sheraton properties globally, is available daily at the hotels’ lobby. At the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers, we are offering “Paired” at the Lounge in the Hotel Lobby from 12pm to 10pm daily from August 1st 2015. The Paired menu at the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers includes:

  • No.1 Vegetarian style fresh Vietnamese spring rolls served with twisted bean dip, paired with Saigon Special beer or Pinot Gris, Private Bin, Villa Maria, New Zealand

  • No.2 Freshly oven baked garlic bread served with hummus dip and mixed green leaves, red pimentos, paired with Adelscott beer or Brut Chandon, Australia

  • No.3 Slow roasted pork belly served with black vinegar glaze, wombok slaw, green mustard, crushed peanuts and coriander, paired with Thwaites Nutty Black beer or Shiraz Cabernet, Red Label, Wolf Blass, Australia

  • No.4  Fresh fried prawn served with cucumber baby “banh mi”, paired with Fischer Tradition beer or Pinot Gris, Private Bin, Villa Maria, New Zealand

  • No.5  Beef taco served with avocado, sour cream, olive and chick pea paired with Innis & Gunn Beer or Shiraz Cabernet, Red Label, Wolf Blass, Australia

  • No. 6  Sautéed chorizo with onions and garlic served with mustard flavor potato fries, paired with Maredsous beer or Cabernet Merlot, Private Bin, Villa Maria, New Zealand

  • No. 7  Mini seafood mousse on lemongrass served with Dalat lettuce and dip, paired with Ch’Ti Lager beer or Brut Imperial, Moet & Chandon, France

  • No. 8  Cheese patties double Decker served with bacon and blue cheese, paired with George Killian’s beer or Chardonnay, Red Lable, Wolf Blass, Australia
