Heart Beat Presents youANDme [Desolat, Cocoon] @ The Observatory

YOUANDME (Martin) deeply engrained in the German electronic music world and especially the Berlin club scene. The Berlin duo, made up of Martin Müller and Daniel Stroeter, has absorbed the influences of German house and techno and reshaped it to produce their own raw emotive style, which has led to spots at Space Ibiza, Sonar Festival, and Berlin’s own Panoramabar.

Their achievements and increasing demand for their talent spans further than DJing with labels like Cocoon, Rekids, Pokerflat, Compost, Rebirth picking up their releases, as well as working alongside contemporary powerhouses such as Radio Slave, Moodymann, Seth Troxler, Steve Bug, Timo Maas and Lawrence. As 2015 currently holds another release for Cocoon and a new outing on Desolat with a remix from the label boss himself, Loco Dice, Anyone who knows youANDme understand, whether through their productions, labels, or gigs, youANDme have proven that, with a little bit of heart, and a lot of soul, doors will open, crowds will come, dance floors will fill, and the speakers will pound for these ambassadors of their city, country, and the music as a whole.Currently Martin is touring Asia solo since Daniel is focusing on his architecture career. Martin has been making waves with his solo youAND:THEMACHINES project and deep/dub techno infused label Ornament. youANDme are also label owners of Rotary Cocktail Recordings, Polymorph, CUTZ.ME, and three other mysterious imprints, Together they provide a steady flow of music and talent from Germany to the rest of the world.
