Charlie Banks’ productions thump with a deep severity and melodic maturity that belies the age of this 22 year-old mastermind. His recent releases on the highly-respected Dirt Crew Recordings have made their way into the bags of some of the planet’s most respected DJs and out onto the dance floors of some of its finest clubs and parties. Subtle, ghost-like vocals shift in and out of thick bass lines, while synths taken out of a dream on a tropical planet powered by sound round off his productions with a finesse and energy that is unique and addictive. 

His DJ sets swing a lasso around the vast influences that have been drawn on in his productions, shifting between dubbed out disco and techno to no-jokes determined house workouts that you just need to move to. Powerful stuff.
