Experience an assortment of fresh seafood themed from the starter, carving station to cooked-to-order station. Dine on freshly cooked crabs and tiger prawns on ice, prawn and broccoli in cocktail sauce, jelly fish salad and assorted handmade sushi with pickled ginger.

There is a dedicated oyster bar of fresh Nha Trang oysters with red shallot vinaigrette, Japanese soya dressing, lime, wasabi foam or Tabasco. Don’t forget to try the special seafood highlights of the night including crab bisque spiked with X.O cognac, Canadian lobster cooked to order, baked whole sturgeon, sautéed prawn with XO, and grilled fish with chilli and lemongrass. Guest can also order to cook live scampi, Len snail in coconut sauce, prawn skewers, squid skewer, salmon and sea bass fillet and crocodile.
