The party crew out of BKK is back again to set the floor alight with their quality-soaked selections from across the sound cosmos.

mAsa niwayama has been a long-standing ally of The Observatory since its earliest days, due in part to his consistent ability to bring a unique, specialized and particular approach to his sets, drawing on a vast collection of rare house and eclectic gems to produce a flow of sound that is as diverse and moving as an urban rainforest. 

As well as being co-founder of Giant Swing - one of BKK's longest running underground party nights - mAsa has been invited to play in some of the most respected underground clubs in Japan, including the illustrious ‘Precious Hall’ of Sapporo - notorious for its uncompromising, high-cuff programming, unrivaled sound system, and deeply nuanced party-goers.

Co-conspirator NKChan is another maestro that has likewise made the bill on the Precious Hall regularly and brings a highly specialized take on electronic rarity and flow that can only emerge through years of concentrated collecting and dedicated party-starting. Listening to his sets brings you into direct confrontation with the myriad possibilities and inflections of electronically-charged but organically-colored music from across the world, and is an audio safari to truly behold.
