From the organizer: This week, the chef of Outcast kitchen will be happy to bring you a traditional dish originating in Central Vietnam. It's cơm hến.
Cơm hến is no longer the preserve of the commoners in Huế. These days, people from many regions find cơm hến refreshing and simply irresistible.
With the combination of cold rice, baby clams, roasted peanuts, chili pepper and a variety of fresh herbs and vegetables fusing together, the recipe brings crispy and vibrant flavors to the exquisite texture and taste that creates an intricate dish.
