Although Easter weekend is around the corner, there are not many restaurants in town offer egg-citing specials for families and friends to enjoy the season. 

EON51 Fine Dining, located on the 51st floor of the Bitexco Financial Tower, will be serving up Easter dinner this year with enticing fare only for 16th April.  

Coming to the restaurant at Easter weekend, guests will have joyful memories with their beloved ones with a flair dinner accompanied by iconic, panoramic views over the city. The menu exquisitely prepared by the kitchen brigade to meet the Western tradition of the season with a contemporary twist. The dinner starts with a beautiful international combination of perfect sous vide 62-degree egg, king oyster mushroom, Enokitake, bacon and Parma ham. When the palate is ready after the first dish, Carrot Velouté will be served after. It is widely agreed that the good thing about “Velouté” is the smoothness of the authentic French soup. However, to EON51 Fine Dining, the best thing is how much surprised and satisfied our guests will be with the different twists. Usually, they will have to guess what ingredients did the Head Chef use, or just let go and indulge themselves in the taste of Grande Cuisine. Before going to the main course, which is grilled Rib Eye with Polenta and classic Italian Gremolata sauce, guests will have a chance to taste precisely pan-seared fresh scallop with spring vegetable and Ponzu sauce. Lastly, diners will need to save some room for the very delicious as well as astounding Special Easter Chocolate Egg which is the first modernist dessert ever put up in special menu. This epic culinary showcase which is equally as creative and satisfying will only cost VND 1,250,000++/cover.
