Vietnamese Man Dies After Wife Squeezes Testicles

A Tien Giang man died on Sunday after a fight with his estranged wife lead to some very uncomfortable injuries.

Le Kim Khai, 53, visited the house of his estranged spouse, 55-year-old Phan Thi Kim Chuong last weekend, reports Tuoi Tre. When he arrived at Chuong’s house, Khai found he was locked out, and both Chuong and one of the couple’s two daughters refused to let him in.

Not to be dissuaded, Khai pulled out a hand saw and gained entry into the house himself, where he began beating Chuong and later his daughter.

Though she called out for help, Chuong’s neighbors were slow to respond to the incident, and so the following ensued:

“Before any neighbors could respond, the wife grabbed the testicles of her husband, and pulled him down to the ground. Chuong then jumped on the man’s belly, her hands not releasing his private parts.

“Chuong was still squeezing her husband’s balls when she finally managed to call the police.

“After crushing his testicles for about five minutes, Chuong agreed to stop, as advised by neighbors who had finally arrived at the scene.”

At this point, Khai lost consciousness and was rushed to the hospital but died en route. An autopsy determined the cause of death was a tracheal effusion – Khai choked to death – rather than death by ball-squeezing.

Still, after “aggressively squeezing his testicles”, Chuong is currently being held by authorities for further questioning. She claims she only meant to grab her deceased husband’s testicles as a warning.
