As Vietnam becomes more accepting of their community (officially, at least), LGBT activists continue to publicize their struggle through the use of media. A forthcoming documentary from Hanoi-Based, French filmmaker, Vincent Baumont focuses on last year’s Vietpride event in Hanoi which has proved to be one of the most powerful tools for increasing public awareness about LGBT equality in Vietnam.
