Marina Club House Restaurant is a part of the Evergreen Residential Complex project in District 7.

The restaurant stretches 1,000 square meters of land on the riverbank overlooking the Rach Dia River. The restaurant was designed by Huni Architect, a French architecture firm, which designed the venue on the shape of a bird's nest. Surrounding the restaurant is a 5,000-square-meter park connected to two large yacht docks.

Developed by Tai Nguyen company and TNR Holdings, the Evergreen residential complex covers approximately 75,000 square meters of land and is divided into three zones tailored to three types of houses: a high-rise apartment building, townhouses and villas. The complex includes facilities such as a park, a children's playground, a gym, a spa, a supermarket, a yacht club, a pool, and an underground garage.
