From the organizer: Take a spin around the French countryside with Chef Thierry Drapeau.
The man behind the 2 Michelin-starred restaurant Logis de la Chabotterie is giving diners a taste of his inventive dishes at Reflections. For regional French cooking with flair, reserve a table from May 30 to June 3.
At Reflections, Chef Drapeau will present one three-course menu and one four-course menu of his own creation. Diners can also choose their preferences from the chef’s a la carte menu, which also features vegetarian selections. Among the dishes Chef Drapeau is offering at Reflections, are his Tartar of beef and oysters with avocado mousse, his Oven-baked hake with bay leaf and saffron, and his Smoked lamb rack with lamb shoulder croquettes and mild spices.
Chef Drapeau’s three-course set menu at Reflections is priced at VND 1,500,000++; and his four-course set menu at VND 2,000,000++, both including a choice of coffee or tea.
