From the organizer: On 28thNovember, keep your eyes open for the ‘Battle of the Sommeliers’ we’re lining up between Sommelier Alessandro Nesi, Official Sommelier of Piccini Wines and Sommelier Nguyen Khac Huy, winner of the 2017 Vietnam Sommelier Competition.
At Reflections, our chefs have designed a menu of unique dishes to complement the pairing wines suggested by each sommelier. The five-course dinner opens with cured Parma ham, grilled Carabinero prawn with roast deep sea scallops, Osso Buco Barolo risotto and a main course starring roast lamb cutlet, and finishes with deconstructed Tiramisu.
