Mid-Day Hatha and Mindfulness @ Mandala Wellness

From the organizer: Come join me on Thursday afternoons for a fun, feel-good, mindfulness and hatha yoga practice to relax your stressed body and still your active mind.

By combining yoga and mindfulness the practice becomes so much more and allows for us to take care of both our physical and mental health. Gentle mindfulness cues with support you in letting go of worries, and expectations from your busy life to fully enjoy the present moment. This class is a combination of Gentle yoga and Restorative yoga with a focus on the breath. The first part of class will get you moving with gentle movements following your own breath and then move into Restorative poses to leave you with a sense of clam to take with you for the rest of the day.
