The goal of this workshop is to encourage you to make conscious choices instead of launching automatic responses. You will see how to practice what serves you the most.

- Look for answers within yourself
- Check what actions are beneficial for you
- Taste benefits of making conscious choices

Through practice, you will see opportunities you have in shaping your life!!!

The workshop is based on Nonviolent Communication (NVC) that teaches us that when we connect to our needs, we can consciously take responsability for our life choices.
We will learn through a coaching approach: exercices and self-reflection
