It’s time again for one of our favourite events of the year, in honour of the US Independence Day, we’re hosting MALT’S 3RD ANNUAL CHILI COOK-OFF.

Last year saw an impressive 14 entries ranging from home chefs to some of the top restaurants in Saigon. Voting was tight but Jake Pulkrabek of Jake's BBQ took the crown last year! If you think your chili has what it takes, we’d love for you to participate this year!

Not a chef? We need judges also! Come on down and taste all the delicious creations and vote for your favourite.
