Saigon International Comedy has brought in some high-calibre comics, but few are as notorious as UK comedian JAMALI MADDIX.

Half-English, half-Jamaican, Maddix rose to fame in 2014 when he won the Chortle Student Comedian of the Year. Since then he has gone on to host Hate Thy Neighbour in partnership with Vice, where he interviews extremists from around the world to understand how they think. In some episodes he has been physically confronted by the people he has interviewed.

Embarking on his first world tour, Jamali will be bringing his brutally honest and unflinching material on the state of society to Vietnam. As seen on Live at the Apollo (BBC2), The John Bishop Show (BBC1), 8 Out of 10 Cats (More4) and Dara O’Brien’s Go 8-Bit 8 (Dave), expect a highly charged night of great entertainment and even greater gags.

Prepare to be offended.
