Here’s to the dreamers who are always in the mood for romance, this October 19th, let’s gather for a musical night where we’ll take a walk back in time and enjoy some of the finest, most intricately orchestrated jewels of the 20th century. A musical ride! From the exotic sounds of Debussy’s “Saxophone Rhapsody” to the enchanting world of fairytales from Ravel’s “Ma mère l'Oye”. From the busy and energetic Paris streets in Gershwin’s jazz-influenced “An American in Paris”, to witnessing the iconic romance of Tony and Maria - two star-crossed lovers in the summer of 1957 New York, with the iconic “West Side Story Symphonic Dances” by Bernstein.

Performed by Saigon Philharmonic Orchestra, Saigon Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, solo alto saxophonist Nguyen Bao Long, under the baton of masterful French conductor – Patrick Souillot, “A Story Told” is set to bring you and your loved ones a listening experience rarely experienced in Saigon!
