Beginning with a graceful welcome drink and accompanying each course, guests can enjoy pours from the most beloved Champagne houses, including Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin “Yellow Label” and “Rosé” Dom Pérignon Brut “Vintage 2008” and “Rosé Vintage 2006”. Meanwhile, Caravelle’s talented chefs will bring balance to the table with decadent dishes including crab bruschetta, seared tuna loin, poached lobster, and thin slices of premier Wagyu tenderloin.

The dinner then concludes with a sweet blend of mixed fruits, honeycomb, ice cream and the supreme Krug Grande Cuvée Brut 167ème Edition.
