Hanna has been in yoga since 2016. She learned yoga from Indian, Vietnamese teachers and certified by Saigon Om. Together with her husband, Hanna is running Thao Dien Eco Wellness studio, which is also their home and a place of inspiration that is always open to welcome guests.

We will start our practice with 5 min meditation by Plum Village Mindfulness traditions. Continue with gentle stretching yoga flow for about 45 min. And lastly will "actively" relaxing in Shavasana posture for about 10 min to complete the practice and be able to accumulate positive mood, love and happiness.

Thao Dien Eco Wellness is healthy oriented hub space that combines everything related to healthy activities, wellbeing and green products, covered under eco friendly recyclable environment and powered by Yama & Niyama morality and free solar energy. As a Yoga studio we are dedicated to help individuals achieve their highest level of physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing through thoughtfully crafted fitness regime.
