Peche a la mouche ' (in English : Fly fishing) is an acoustic gypsy jazz trio performing in Saigon since 2012.

Nico, Matt (guitarists) , and Jacky (bass) are revisiting several jazz standards from the 20s and 30s (All of Me, Minor swing, brazil, bluesette, etc) in the style of Django Reinhardt (a gypsy jazz guitarist from the 30s), which is very unique in Town.
