Boss of regional powerhouse Cliché Records and major Observatory ally - OUISSAM is back in town to join Observatory resident & co-founder HIBIYA LINE for a night that will definitely get the groove moving with highly select cuts of disco, house and techno.

Ouissam has played at a series of sizzling parties at both Observatory venues, as well as countless other in and beyond our Asian region. Providing a smooth, relentless series of obscure, powerful and consistently scintillating sounds, his specialization in disco and house is nothing short of encyclopedic. As head of Cliché Records, he is in close contact with some truly talented artists in the underground electronic circuit, and this seems to have done nothing but constantly add to his own talents as a master of dance floors. 

The Observatory’s co-founder and resident HIBIYA LINE is the name that you are likely very familiar with already. He brings an ever-delicate synthesis of rare sounds from the electronic and organic sound universes, creating an atmosphere in his sets that is unique and hypnotic.
