Stoker Woodfired Grill & Bar is offering us the following menu for our event:
• Mixed wood-fired flatbreads; 
• Smoked salmon potato blinis;
• Smoked beef brisket crostini; 
• Caprese salad crostini (vegetarian); 
• Free flow house wine including Culembourg Chenin Blanc (white), Marius Rose, and Valle Dorado Cabernet Sauvignon (red); 
• Soft drinks, water, and beer. 

At the event, we will also be giving away lucky draw prizes.

Reservations to NWG events are required by email and once confirmed a 100% charge will incur. Payment will be received on-site and an administrator shall follow-up with you for a no-show fee. Cancellations will be accepted at least 48 hours before the event date. We will have options to suit a vegetarian diet.
