From the organizer: Workshop will be using African traditional rhythms (flute, balafon, djembe and kora). We will practice the Peulhs, Mossis, Gourounssis dance movements. You will discover this symbolic ancient art connected to nature and spirits.

This dance type is an art of living, a form of meditation, a therapy, while remaining an entertaining activity, a game, but also a physical exercise.
