Here comes a new player in your daily surf-for-stuff in Saigon routine.

SeeninSaigon.com is the brainchild of local promoter Linh from Everyone’s a DJ and has been documenting the current rise of international and local music in Saigon, as well as the key figures that are making this success possible.

We are spoilt generation of content consumers. And by “We,” I do mean “You,” the person reading this right now. Consumption may take a minute or two, yet production is a wholly lengthy affair. Each of the site’s 4-5 minute videos requires 1 – 1 1/2 months in postproduction.

The parent production company, Fact or Fiction Films, “has a strong focus on community projects, documentary filmmaking and a strong interest in music,” says Linh. Significant resources and effort are spent to represent the Saigon scene in the best possible fashion to both local and international audiences.
