A healthy dose of seasonal charm is being added this month as evidenced by the Christmas tree standing beside the vintage luggage at the lobby.
A variety of food and dining, celebration, and inclusive promotions are now underway to prove that even in a tropical climate, there is room to feel festive. On the 24th and 25th, Saigon Jingling, a four-course meal, brings a special Saigon twist to seasonal favorites. Offering land and sea, the menu includes special items such as gin-cured salmon, pan-seared turkey breast and Christmas pudding with brandy sauce while live music plays. Meanwhile, the new year arrives with Ba Son Sparkles. Before the ball drops on the 31st, a new dinner menu will be released that includes Ca Mau crab tartar, Japanese scallops and Parma ham.
