This year on 12 November, the second Michelin Star "Four Hands Dinner" is going to be hosted by two master Chefs from two different culinary cultures: Michelin Chef Jason Tan (Corner House - Singapore) and Head Chef Dannet D’Souza (Chill Dining - Vietnam). Their collaboration promises to bring out an original gourmet destination with high-class canapés and 5 courses. Specifically, Chill is immensely proud to present the first and exclusive productions of Taittinger; Château Le Grand and Kaviari in Chill Private Label. In addition, the dinner continues with an After Party at our downstairs Chill Skybar with iconic French songs from famous, characterful Singer Đồng Lan. The cuisine, the wines, the champagnes, and the music will resonate with all food & beverages and party lovers more than any other.
